The Resource Histogram will show you when you have assigned resources more time than they have available and when their time is uncommitted.

If you have resources that are assigned to more than one project, you can direct MacProject II to consider the other projects when analyzing work loads. Use Resource Scope from the Resource menu if you want MacProject II to include a resource’s work outside of the current project when it builds the histogram.

Once the Resource Histogram is active, you can select from the Resource List in the Resource menu to see a histogram for a specific resource. Once a histogram is displayed, you can cycle through all resources by pressing Return.

You cannot enter or edit information in the Resource Histogram, but you can add annotations to it.
